Payment & Insurance
Payment in full is required at the time of the appointment including copays.
Insurance is accepted for out of network, as well as in network for Horizon BCBS of NJ Managed Care Plans (NJ Direct & NJ Educators Health Plan). Some insurance companies will reimburse for certain acupuncture treatments, and you will be provided with a Superbill receipt with the appropriate codes that you can submit to your insurer or flexible spending employee account. All major forms of payment are accepted.
Gina Bella Acupuncture & Wellness has a twenty-four-hour cancellation policy. Payment in full is required for any missed appointments, or appointment cancelled with in twenty-four hours.
